Shipping Policy

At SmallSpaceOasis, we are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the lower 48 USA. Please note, the delivery service is limited to curbside drop-off. Direct delivery into homes, garages, or specific indoor locations is not provided by carriers. Customers may need to arrange for additional assistance upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item(s) is on backorder or out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and void the pre-authorization in case you don’t want to keep your order until the item(s) become available.

It is the customers responsibility to check the order confirmation email and ensure that the product specifications, sizes, colors, and other selected options are correct.

Customers are also advised to ensure, before order placement, that the purchased items will fit in the intended space and can be transported through doorways, hallways, and staircases in their packaging. Any returns necessitated by size mismatches will fall under the customer's responsibility, provided the products are eligible for return.

Order Shipment

Should your order be in stock and we successfully process the payment on your credit card, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days from the date of your order with no guarantees.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

The shipping confirmation email will include the carrier website link and the tracking number. If you are not able to track the shipment using their website, look for the carrier phone number on their website, call them, and provide the tracking information to track your shipment. They should be able to provide you with the most updated information about your shipment.

We only ship within the USA, to the lower 48 states.

"Built-to-order" items

If you have selected a product that is ladled "Built-to-order", we will reach out to the manufacturer to determine the production timeline and share this information with you before initiating any charges to your credit card. Should the provided lead time not meet your expectations and manufacturing has not yet commenced, we will cancel the pre-authorization on your credit card and void the transaction. However, if production has already started, we will be unable to cancel the order, and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Shipping Times

We do everything within our control to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping dates may change without notice (due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, carrier delays, and so on). We appreciate your patience and understanding if you are to experience any unforeseen delays.

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 2-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order.

For larger items such as appliances or those exceeding 155 pounds, we utilize LTL shipping. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery schedule. It's mandatory for an adult to be present to sign for the delivery. Charges may apply for delivery rescheduling or refusal. We strive to offer the best shipping rates, ensuring all LTL deliveries are curb side without additional costs to our customers. An adult presence is required for delivery acceptance.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you notice freight damage, DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT.

  • If you detect clear damage upon arrival, refuse the shipment. In cases of orders consisting of multiple items, accept the undamaged items but refuse the damaged ones. It's imperative to document the damage in detail on all copies of the carrier’s delivery receipt and have the delivery personnel acknowledge the damage by signing all copies.
  • Should you discover damage after accepting the shipment, which wasn't apparent at first glance, you have up to 5 business days from the delivery date to inform us. Please keep the damaged items and their packaging intact for inspection purposes. If possible, take photographs of the damage as soon as it's discovered, ensuring the date of the photograph is noted. Do not relocate the item. SmallSpaceOasis cannot entertain damage claims if the item is moved from the original delivery address.
  • In any case of damage, immediate contact with SmallSpaceOasis’s Sales Department at is essential for reporting the issue. This allows us to promptly notify the carrier (if necessary) and ensures that all parties have the information required to address and resolve freight claims efficiently.

If you suspect that your order has been lost during transit, please inform us immediately. SmallSpaceOasis will collaborate with the carrier to track down your order, allowing up to two weeks from the time the carrier is notified to locate the package. Should the carrier confirm the loss of your order after all avenues have been explored, SmallSpaceOasis will send a replacement item to you without any additional costs.
